The one year program is divided into three stages of supporting and initiating projects. The first stages focuses on working locally in association with other organisations and as a result gaining valuable insight into the community. During the second stage our focus shifts to working internationally, including experiences of intercultural exchange and sustainable development in a third world country. The third and final stage requires each individual member of the team to use their interests, skills and experiences to create their own project, whilst supporting each others.
Primarily the years focus is to encourage young people to want to serve and positively contribute to society.
